Room for your next chapter
Join us in Woodinville, or explore secure online care while you are physically located in Washington. Choose the format that fits your needs with your clinician.
How to begin
Start directly with a diagnostic evaluation (90791), or choose an optional free 10-minute phone consultation or paid 30-minute individual consultation first.
See the individual journey →Begin with a required 30-minute couples consultation, followed by one separate diagnostic evaluation per partner, then return together for 53-minute couples sessions.
See the couples journey →An optional phone introduction for individuals and couples. If an arranged video connection does not work immediately, it becomes a phone call. The caller may show the practice name or a hidden number.
Know what to expect →Common questions
No. Individuals can go directly to the diagnostic evaluation (90791). The free 10-minute phone consultation and paid 30-minute individual consultation are optional. Compare your starting options.
All couples start with a paid 30-minute couples consultation to align goals and the rhythm of care. An optional 10-minute phone call may come first, but does not replace it. Each partner then has one separate diagnostic evaluation with the couples therapist before joint 53-minute couples sessions. Read the couples journey.
Yes. Secure telehealth may be available to eligible clients who are physically located in Washington at the time of care.
Email support@mft.care to start a benefits-verification request. Coverage depends on the clinician, service, plan, and network status.

Client feedback
These statements are paraphrased and anonymized from feedback previously published by M.F.T. Names and clinician identifiers are intentionally omitted. Individual experiences vary.
“We felt heard and found practical steps that helped us communicate more clearly and feel more connected.”
“The therapist felt approachable and relatable, which made a difficult process feel easier to begin.”
“The support felt practical and down-to-earth rather than distant or overly clinical.”
One manageable next step
You don’t have to decide everything today.
The free meet-and-greet is a brief phone introduction, not a therapy session. Couples consultations and therapy are private pay.
